A. About Payment
In our policy, we can only accept payment by T/T or L/C at sight. For T/T, You're expected to pay 30% and the balance against the copy of B/L within 7 days.
B. About sample
We only you different samples for the commercial use, but you have to pay for them. In addition, you need to pay for the courier service if samples to be sent to your address. If you have the appointed courier service there, such as UPS, DHL or FedEx. We can have their China office deliver the samples under your contract with them.
C. Min Order and lad time
the Min order is on the basis of 1x20?container, we can allow 3-5 models at most. Normally the goods can be delivered within 15-20 days, but it depends on the season. It will be much quicker if it is the slow season. Our salesmen will update the lead time when you confirm the order.
D. About Spares
2% fragile parts will be automatically put in the container which only contained one kind product, if mixed container, 1% free spares will be available; no spare parts supply for samples.
E. About distributor
It should be according to different market situation, surely if you can sell our products more than US$30,000 monthly, we can start the negotiation for the distributor project. When the turnover of products over US$80,000 per month, we can start the negotiation for your state/province, if you want to be our sole distributor, the details of purchase schedule for next 12months is strongly required.
F. About Purchase Agent
We would like to act as the buying agent for some of our valuable customers. Business competition is very tough now. Customer/buyer faces many problems from the timely delivery, quality, after sales service and etc. All these problems may result in financial loss, loss of reputation and even costing the end customers too.
1. Here we know Chinese factories as well as their various products. We not only can offer you our quality products at competitive prices but also purchase any other products from the reliable manufacturers that we don't make.
2. We carry out inspection for raw materials before it's in the mass production.
3. We stand behind the products and take responsibilities as per our agreed terms with our customers.
4. We always provide after sales service even you don't order from us, we have a big parts depot here.
